Our position is steady and vital, and your accuracy directly supports both organisational integrity and employee pleasure. Responsibilities: Using the appropriate payroll software or ERP, process all employees' monthly, biweekly, or weekly payroll accurately and on schedule. Keep abreast of modifications to rules and regulations pertaining to payroll and make the required adjustments. Make that payroll records are properly archived and retrieved for auditing purposes. Give precise instructions and explanations of payroll policies and procedures. Create a variety of payroll reports for internal audits, management, and finance. Participate in payroll audits, both internal and external Qualification: Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in numerical data handling. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information. Good analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving payroll discrepancies.
