Experience: 8 to 10 yrs What you’ll Do: Make sure that resources are used as efficiently and productively as possible. Oversee the root cause study of paint-related flaws and put long-term corrective and preventative measures into place. Encourage a culture of high performance by encouraging accountability, cooperation, and ongoing education. Make that all employees are wearing and maintaining their personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately. Communicate with clients regarding paint finish specifications, samples, and quality concerns to guarantee client satisfaction. What you need: Extensive experience with various types of paints and coatings for plastics. Strong background in paint defect analysis and rectification.
