To oversee all maintenance tasks in our cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Chennai, we are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Head of Maintenance. Unmatched chances to use cutting-edge maintenance techniques, significantly increase machine uptime and dependability, coach top-performing teams, and directly support our production goals and profitability are provided by this strategic leadership position. Roles and Responsibilities: You will be solely in charge of managing all facets of maintenance, including the automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems for injection moulding machines, auxiliary equipment, and utility infrastructure, in your capacity as Head of Maintenance at our injection moulding facility in Chennai. To optimise Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), you will oversee a sizable group of maintenance specialists, create and carry out thorough maintenance plans, oversee financial plans, and spearhead continuous improvement projects. Skills: extensive knowledge of and expertise with CMMS/EAM systems. Outstanding team management, coaching, motivating, and leadership skills. Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities in English.
