As a Tamil Voice Process Executive, you will handle inbound or outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, complaints, or service-related concerns. Process: Voice Tamil (Inbound / Outbound Support) Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil. Resolve customer queries related to products or services. Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone on calls. Update customer interaction details in the system. Meet call quality and customer satisfaction metrics. Required Skills: Fluent in Tamil (Mandatory). Basic understanding of English or Hindi is a plus. Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Confidence to handle customers over the phone. Basic computer knowledge and typing. Qualifications: Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate. Freshers are welcome. Prior voice process experience is an added advantage. Salary Package: 12,000 22,000 per month (Depending on experience and shift). Incentives + Bonus for performance and targets.
