This role involves working with the US healthcare system to follow up on outstanding insurance claims, resolve denials, and ensure timely reimbursement for medical services. Job Location: Chennai Department: Medical Billing – AR Caller (US Healthcare Process) Qualification: All Graduates Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month Experience: 0 to 2 years Shift: Night Shift (US Process) Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Off) Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid medical claims Understand and analyze denial reasons, take appropriate action Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets Document actions taken on each account clearly and accurately Coordinate with team leads or clients for escalated issues Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times Required Skills: Good verbal communication in English Willingness to work in Night Shift (US time zone) Basic understanding of medical billing or revenue cycle (preferred but not mandatory) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic computer proficiency and MS Office skills Team player with a learning attitude Why Join Us?
