Immediate Hiring For Machine Maintenance Engineer Job Title: Machine Maintenance Engineer Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in machine maintenance or related field Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant discipline Additional certifications in maintenance or safety will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities: Perform regular preventive and breakdown maintenance on production machinery Diagnose faults and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Ensure machine uptime and minimal production downtime Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports Collaborate with production and quality teams for smooth operations Adhere to safety standards and procedures during maintenance tasks Recommend improvements for equipment reliability and efficiency Manage spare parts inventory and raise procurement requests when needed Skills Required: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair of industrial machines Familiarity with tools like CMMS, PLC basics, and maintenance software Understanding of safety regulations and practices in manufacturing environments Ability to read mechanical drawings and circuit diagrams Good communication and team collaboration skills Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday) Shift-based work may be required based on production schedules Benefits Included: Competitive salary based on experience and skills Health insurance and ESI Provident Fund Paid leaves Overtime allowance where applicable Performance-based incentives Training and development programs Career growth opportunities within the company Regards, Sofia HR, 8220184451 | |
