Job Title: CNC Setter – Fresher / Experienced Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience Required: Fresher: Welcome to apply Experienced Candidates (1+ year): Preferred Salary Range: Fresher: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experienced: ₹25,000+ per month (based on skills and experience) Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, Tool & Die, or related trades Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines Load tools and raw materials, calibrate machine settings as per job specifications Interpret technical drawings and blueprints Conduct first piece inspection and make necessary adjustments Ensure quality standards and dimensions are met throughout the production run Perform routine maintenance and clean machines post-operation Maintain safety, cleanliness, and machine logs Skills Required: Basic knowledge of CNC machines (Turning/Milling) Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T Understanding of measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc. Good eye for detail and precision Willingness to learn and adapt to shop floor practices Strong sense of discipline and teamwork Working Days: 6 Days a Week Rotational shifts may apply Benefits Included: Attractive salary with performance-based hikes Overtime & shift allowance Free uniforms, food, and transportation (if applicable) ESI & PF On-the-job training for freshers Career growth path into CNC programming and supervision roles Regards, Sofia HR, 8220184451 | |
