The ideal candidate will manage vendor negotiations, inventory planning, and strategic sourcing for timely, cost-effective procurement. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, tools, and machinery Identify reliable vendors and maintain long-term vendor relationships Negotiate prices, contracts, credit terms, and delivery timelines Ensure zero-delay in material availability to production & stores Manage purchase orders, inward logistics, and documentation Collaborate with departments like Production, QA, Finance & Stores Monitor market trends and bring cost-saving opportunities Track purchase KPIs, budget, and monthly MIS reports Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Commerce (MBA preferred) Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing procurement Strong knowledge of materials, vendor evaluation, and cost negotiation Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills Why Join Us?
