Job Title: CNC Setter (Fresher – 2 Years Experience) Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 0 – 2 Years Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die, or Production Engineering CNC Machine Operator Training certification (preferred) Key Skills Required: Basic knowledge of CNC Turning / Milling Machine setup Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge) Understanding of tool offsets and basic G & M codes Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail Willingness to work in shifts and follow safety protocols Job Description: Set up CNC turning or milling machines based on job requirements Load and inspect tools and fixtures before operation Perform trial runs and inspect first-off components Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed Ensure the quality of output by measuring and recording dimensions Report any machine or quality issues to the supervisor Maintain daily production records and machine cleanliness Why Join Us?
