Quality & Efficiency: Performing test runs, monitoring machine performance, and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal cutting conditions, minimize scrap, and maximize throughput, directly impacting production efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Troubleshooting & Improvement: Proactively identifying and resolving minor machine issues, tool wear, or program discrepancies, and actively contributing ideas for process improvements and preventative maintenance. Safety & Compliance: Adhering strictly to all safety protocols and quality standards, ensuring a safe working environment and consistently producing parts that meet stringent specifications.
