Need CNC Programmer with Process Handling Job Description Experience: 5+ yrs Salary: Based on Previous Experience Education: 10th, 12th, ITI or Diploma What You will do: Program Development: Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs (G-code and M-code) for various CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, multi-axis machines) using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks CAM, Fusion 360, Esprit, GibbsCAM). Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D models to determine part dimensions, tolerances, material requirements, and machining sequences. Tooling & Fixture Selection: Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and work holding devices based on material, part geometry, and machine capabilities to achieve optimal results. Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize machining processes for efficiency, cycle time reduction, tool life improvement, and cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Machine Setup & Proving Out: Assist in the initial setup and proving out of new programs on CNC machines, identifying and resolving any programming or machining issues.
