Immediate Requirement – Sourcing Engineer for Production Unit Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Engineer to manage procurement activities for our production unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor selection, cost-effective purchasing, and ensuring timely material availability to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop reliable suppliers for raw materials and components Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms Monitor and manage inventory levels in coordination with the stores and production team Ensure adherence to quality standards and technical specifications Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve any supply chain issues Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain procurement records Skills & Requirements: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field 1–3 years of experience in a sourcing/purchase role (manufacturing preferred) Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.) Good communication and analytical abilities Immediate Joiners Preferred Salary: Negotiable Regards, Amirtha - HR 85240-79811  | |
