Qualification: B.E / B. Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily production activities
Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and line balancing
Monitor and improve manufacturing efficiency and output
Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams
Handle shift schedules, manpower allocation, and machine utilization
Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen practices
Maintain production records and generate reports
Key Skills Required:
Production Planning
Process Improvement
Team Supervision
Knowledge of CNC / VMC / Assembly Lines
Quality Tools (7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis)
SAP / ERP Software (preferred)
MS Excel, Reporting
Strong communication and leadership skills
Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 per month
(Negotiable based on skills and current CTC)
Shift: Day Shift / General Shift
Location: Chennai Industrial Area (Mention specific zone if needed)
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years in a production role in a manufacturing setup
Good technical understanding of processes and machinery
Capable of managing operators and meeting production targets
Immediate joiners preferred or with short notice
