Hiring Quality Engineer – 3 to 5 Years Exp | Chennai Position: Quality Control Engineer Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering Location: Chennai Experience: 3 to 5 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Job Responsibilities: Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished components Handle day-to-day quality issues on the shop floor Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records Use measuring instruments: Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc. Read engineering drawings and tolerances Perform root cause analysis and corrective action (CAPA) Ensure adherence to ISO/TS quality standards Coordinate with production and supplier quality teams Key Skills Required: Quality Inspection & Documentation GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) Knowledge of 7 QC Tools Familiarity with ISO 9001 / TS 16949 Problem Solving, RCA, CAPA MS Office (Excel, Word) Good Communication Skills Salary: Best In Industry (Negotiable based on experience and skill set) Work Schedule: Day Shift / General Shift Job Location: Chennai Who Can Apply: 3–5 years of experience in quality control / quality assurance in a manufacturing company Candidates with strong understanding of mechanical components Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred Regards, Sofia HR, 8220184451 | |
