Factory Hiring Specialist – HR Recruitment Role Location: Chennai Qualification: MBA – HR (preferred) Experience: 2 to 5 Years in recruitment (Manufacturing or industrial sector preferred) Salary: Above 30k We are actively looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our HR team at the manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment and enjoys connecting the right talent with the right role. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for handling the entire recruitment cycle from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and final onboarding. Your focus will be on hiring for key factory roles like CNC Operators, Production Technicians, Machine Operators, Quality Inspectors, and other plant-level positions. You will work closely with department heads and the HR Manager to align hiring needs with production targets, ensuring that the workforce is equipped and ready. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience using job portals, walk-in drives, and local sourcing methods to attract suitable candidates. A background in manufacturing or industrial recruitment will be a strong advantage.
