Malayalam Voice Process Executive – Freshers & Experience Apply Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0 to 3 Years Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives (Based on Interview) Language Requirement: Fluent in Malayalam + Basic English Job Description: We are hiring Malayalam Voice Process Executives for a reputed BPO company in Chennai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist Malayalam-speaking customers. Candidates should have good verbal communication in Malayalam, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to resolve customer queries politely and professionally. This is a full-time voice process role where you will act as the first point of contact for the customer, address concerns, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
