Tech Salary: Negotiable (Based on Interview) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and skilled Quality Engineer – Head to lead and manage the quality assurance department in a reputed manufacturing company. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in implementing and managing quality systems, conducting audits, leading teams, and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards across production processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the quality team and supervise all inspection activities Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action for defects Manage internal audits, customer complaints, and vendor quality Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer specifications Create and maintain quality documentation and reports Collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to improve product quality Train team members on quality tools, processes, and techniques Requirements: Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in quality engineering in a manufacturing company In-depth knowledge of quality tools like 7 QC tools, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, etc. Strong understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficient in using inspection instruments and reporting tools Benefits: Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) Provident Fund, ESI, and statutory benefits Stable career growth in a reputed company Supportive work environment Regards, Sofia HR, 8220184451 | |
