The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or equivalent certification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering, along with proven experience as an E&I Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of electrical systems, control loops, pneumatics, and hydraulics is essential. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals, and experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship are crucial for success.
