According to the petrochem sources, market participants believe that if demand remains strong and supply constraints continue, prices are likely to stay firm or even rise further in the coming weeks. The price of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid (AHF) in Delhi has climbed to ₹182 per kg today, reflecting a clear upward trend in the market. The increase is being attributed to higher demand from aluminium, fluorochemicals and steel pickling industries, which have been ramping up production. At the same time, limited imports and rising transportation costs have tightened supply in the domestic market.
