The CNC Setter will be responsible for reading engineering drawings, installing appropriate tools, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring that machines are ready for operators to begin machining with precision. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in setting up CNC turning or milling machines, knowledge of basic CNC programming, and an understanding of measurement tools like Vernier calipers and micrometers. You will also play a key role in minimizing downtime by preparing machines efficiently and checking trial pieces for accuracy before production.
