Quality and safety include visually inspecting welds to find and fix flaws, closely following all safety procedures, and always donning the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Equipment Maintenance: To guarantee correct operation and a secure working environment, welding equipment, such as power sources, torches, and other tools, must be operated and maintained. Material Preparation: To guarantee a solid and long-lasting bond, materials are prepared for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces.
