The role demands real-time monitoring, fault response, coordination with technicians, and maintaining accurate operational logs. Key Duties: Monitor BMS systems for performance and alarms Respond immediately to system faults and escalate when necessary Maintain daily operational reports and system records Support preventive maintenance routines Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams Ensure all systems are compliant with safety protocols Candidate Requirements: Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, EEE, or related fields Experience: 1 to 2 years experience Skills: System monitoring, basic troubleshooting, teamwork, technical awareness Location: Chennai Salary: 15k to 25k per month (based on experience) Regards, Amirtha - HR 85240-79811
