Join our team as a Production Supervisor Position: Production Supervisor Location: Chennai Experience:5 to 10 years in a manufacturing/production environment Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Automotive / CNC / Fabrication (customizable) Salary: Negotiable based on experience (Competitive with industry standards + Benefits ) Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Permanent Role Role Objective: To supervise, coordinate, and ensure smooth operation of all production activities on the shop floor, maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, and quality while meeting daily production targets. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production operations. Supervise production workers and machine operators to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor machine utilization and material consumption. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and minimize wastage. Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Resolve any production issues in coordination with maintenance and quality teams. Train and mentor junior staff for skill development and process improvement. Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and documentation. Required Qualifications & Skills: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering 5–10 years of experience in production supervision (preferably in CNC / machining / sheet metal / auto components) Strong leadership and team management skills Good understanding of machine operations, process flow, and production planning Familiar with ISO/TS standards and 5S/Kaizen principles Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is an added advantage Ability to handle pressure and meet tight production deadlines Preferred Candidate Profile: Proactive and process-oriented mindset Strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills and shift-handling ability Flexible to work in rotational shifts Interested Candidate Call HR Sofia 8220184451 | |
