Hiring VMC Operators in Chennai – 0 to 3 years experience | 10th/12th/Diploma Job Title: VMC Operator Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 0 to 3 years Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Diploma Working Days: 6 Days a Week Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Day/Night) Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skill level) Job Responsibilities: Operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines as per the job orders Load and unload raw materials and finished parts Read and interpret mechanical drawings, job sheets, and machine programs Measure and inspect components using micrometers, vernier calipers, and other precision tools Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines Maintain production records and ensure quality standards are met Report any machine faults or irregularities to the supervisor Requirements: Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC operations Understanding of machining tools and equipment Ability to work independently and in a team Willingness to work in rotational shifts Fresher to 3 years of experience in a machining environment Benefits: Overtime pay as per company policy PF / ESI Weekly off Food / Transport Opportunity to learn and grow in a technical environment Regards, Sofia HR, 8220184451 | |
