Hiring AR Callers for Medical Billing – Voice Process | Chennai Location Job Description – AR Caller (Medical Billing) Position: AR Caller – Medical Billing (Voice Process) Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-time (Night Shift) Experience: 0–3 years Education: Any graduate (Life Science/Commerce preferred) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to insurance companies in the U.S. to resolve claims. Review and analyze unpaid or denied medical claims. Understand insurance terms like EOB, denial codes, and write-offs. Work with the team to achieve daily/weekly productivity and quality targets. Follow up with insurance carriers and document the outcome of calls. Ensure timely resolution of claims to maximize revenue. Required Skills: Good verbal communication skills in English. Willingness to work in night shifts (US process). Knowledge of medical billing terminology and AR follow-up is a plus. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
