Maintain accurate shift reports and communicate progress to management. Train and guide team members to improve productivity and efficiency. Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage teams and work under pressure. Knowledge of safety standards and production processes.
