Breakdown Maintenance: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical failures, and lead the team in performing rapid repairs to minimize production downtime. Troubleshooting: Analyze electrical issues in control panels, PLCs, motors, drives, and power distribution systems using various diagnostic tools. Maintenance Projects: Supervise and execute electrical maintenance projects, including equipment upgrades, new installations, and modifications, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all electrical maintenance activities are performed in strict adherence to company safety protocols, and national/international electrical codes. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, failures, and spare parts consumption. Generate reports on equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance costs.
