Medical Billing Executive AR Caller Needed in Chennai Job Description : Role : AR Caller Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-Time (Night Shift) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills) Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, etc.) Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) can apply Good communication skills in English are essential Job Role / Responsibilities: Make calls to insurance companies (US-based) to follow up on pending claims. Analyze and resolve denied, pending, or underpaid medical claims. Document call actions and outcomes clearly in the billing system. Understand and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and insurance policies. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution to maximize reimbursement. Maintain productivity and quality standards as per the client requirements.
