We are Hiring Experienced Injection Molder to Our Leading Company Job Description Job Title: Injection Molder Location: Chennai Experience: 1-3 Years Job Type: Full time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Plastic Injection Moulding Technician with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of injection moulding machines, ensuring that high-quality plastic products are produced efficiently and according to specifications. Key Responsibility : Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain part quality and production efficiency. Perform regular quality checks on moulded parts using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers). Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and moulds. Troubleshoot and resolve moulding defects (e.g., flash, short shots, burn marks). Change moulds and set up machines for different production runs. Maintain accurate production records and report any downtime or issues. Work closely with the maintenance, quality, and production teams. Follow all safety and operational procedures.
