Roles and Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Handle both IT and non-IT hiring for various roles across departments. Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases for talent sourcing. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Manage offer roll-outs and follow-ups till joining. Regularly update recruitment metrics and reports. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, job portals, and ATS tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience handling multiple job roles and bulk hiring. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets. Good negotiation and relationship-building skills. Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field. 3–6 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter.
