This role involves processing medical claims, insurance verification, and ensuring accurate billing data entry without voice support. Ideal for freshers or those looking to build a career in healthcare BPO. Roles and Responsibilities: Process medical claims with accuracy and attention to detail. Handle insurance billing, denial management, and AR follow-ups. Enter billing data into software systems and maintain records. Analyze rejections and escalate issues as needed. Ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines and HIPAA rules. Required Skills: Good written English and typing skills. Basic understanding of medical billing or healthcare domain is a plus. Willing to work in night shift (US time zone). Fresher-friendly with proper training provided. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Qualifications: Any graduate (Freshers can apply) Candidates with experience in AR Calling or medical billing will be preferred.
