You’ll be responsible for accurately posting insurance payments from EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) into the billing system. Key Responsibilities: Post insurance and patient payments into the billing software. Review EOBs and reconcile accounts. Ensure accuracy in payment entries and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with the AR team for clarification on underpayments or denials.
