Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders. Perform tool setting, offset correction, and inspection of components. Ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances. Maintain machines by performing regular checks and basic troubleshooting. Follow safety rules and company policies during operations. Work with the production team to meet daily and monthly targets. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of CNC / VMC operations. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
