Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
