Skills Required: Basic knowledge of paint shop processes and equipment. Hands-on experience in maintenance of pumps, blowers, spray guns, and automation systems (preferred). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to work in shifts and under production environments. Good teamwork and communication abilities.
