Lead the Way! Hiring Quality Department Head Role: Head Position- Quality Department Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Quality Department Head to lead and oversee the quality function of our organization. The candidate will be responsible for developing quality strategies, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement across all processes to deliver defect-free products and customer satisfaction. Education Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Quality / Industrial Engineering or related field Experience: 10 to15 years Salary: 70k to 80k per month Location: Chennai Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the Quality Department and manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors. Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISO / IATF standards. Establish quality policies, procedures, and objectives in line with company goals. Oversee supplier quality management and conduct audits. Ensure product quality at all stages raw material, in-process, and final inspection. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of quality tools, standards, and certifications . Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
