Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims. Analyze claim status, resolve denials, and escalate unresolved issues. Update claim information in the billing system accurately. Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and quality standards. Work with team members to achieve collection targets and reduce outstanding receivables. Maintain proper documentation of call activities and outcomes.
