Start Your Career in Customer Support Join as a Non-Voice Executive Job Title: Non-Voice Process Executive (Email & Chat Support) Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Industry: BPO / Customer Support Experience: 0 – 2 Years Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Overview We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Non-Voice Support Team specializing in Email and Chat communication. As a Non-Voice Process Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—resolving queries efficiently, professionally, and with a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via email and live chat platforms Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions in a timely manner Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal departments Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service level standards Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Required Skills Excellent written communication skills in English Strong typing skills (minimum 30-40 WPM) Good comprehension and problem-solving ability Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and web-based systems Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends, if required) Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility Educational Qualifications Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate (Any Stream) Freshers are welcome to apply Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience preferred Work Schedule Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (Day & Night shifts may be applicable) Work Days: 5 days a week Work Mode Work Location: Chennai Why Join Us?
