The HR Executive/Recruiter will play a key role in building the workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. Apart from recruitment, the role also involves employee engagement, onboarding, payroll support, and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and close positions within timelines. Manage employee onboarding process, documentation, and induction programs. Maintain HR records such as employee personal files, attendance, and leave management. Support payroll process by coordinating with finance and ensuring accurate data entry. Assist in drafting HR policies, employee engagement programs, and compliance requirements. Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management review. Skills Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and candidates effectively. Good knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and HR practices. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR management systems. Problem-solving attitude with strong analytical skills.
