Lead by Example: To ensure adherence to technical specifications, quality standards (such as ISO 9001), and client needs, you will oversee and carry out on-site inspections, audits, and tests. Drive Improvement: Working with the production team, you will look into and evaluate non-conformances, apply quality tools (such Ishikawa's 5 Whys) to determine the underlying causes, and push for preventative and remedial measures. Be the Expert: You will create and keep thorough quality records, such as test results, inspection reports, and quality logs. Encourage a Culture of Quality: To ensure a common dedication to excellence, you will train and mentor production employees on quality procedures and best practices.
