We are Hiring Quality Management System Head in Chennai Job Description : Role: Quality Management System (QMS) Head Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Any Engineering discipline Location: Chennai Experience: 10+ Years (Manufacturing / Automotive / Engineering Industry) Job Type: Full-Time, Senior Management Role Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) Benefits: Health Insurance, PF/ESI, Performance Bonus, Paid Leaves, Leadership Incentives Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the company’s Quality Management System. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards. Develop, implement, and improve quality processes across departments. Drive audits (internal & external) and ensure corrective actions. Lead a team of quality engineers and inspectors. Coordinate with production, design, and customer service teams for continuous improvement. Establish KPIs for quality performance and customer satisfaction. Required Skills: Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS). Hands-on experience in ISO, IATF, Lean, Six Sigma practices. Leadership and team management skills.
