The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of finance and accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts. Assist in tax filing, audits, and statutory compliance. Support management with financial analysis and decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience in financial management or accounting. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
