Candidates should have good command over the Hindi language, basic computer knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. Freshers are welcome, and prior experience in a BPO/voice process will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and flexible to work in rotational shifts. Skills Required: Excellent communication skills in Hindi (verbal fluency). Basic understanding of English for system navigation and documentation. Active listening and problem-solving skills. Customer service orientation with patience and empathy. Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls confidently. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
