Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions with insurance representatives. Work with the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) team to reduce aging accounts receivable. Skills Required: Strong communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency is a must). Good knowledge of US healthcare terminology, CPT/ICD codes, and insurance guidelines. Problem-solving and analytical ability. Willingness to work in night shifts (as per US time zones). Basic computer and typing skills.
