The role involves planning, executing, and supervising maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the maintenance team for the paint shop, including technicians and junior engineers. Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for painting equipment, conveyors, ovens, spray booths, and associated machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in painting systems. Ensure all equipment meets operational safety standards and complies with environmental regulations.
