Be the Problem-Solver: You will take the lead in identifying and fixing production problems and putting corrective measures in place to guarantee a consistent and efficient workflow. Maintain Quality Standards: Working with the Quality Assurance team, you will establish and keep an eye on quality control standards to make sure the final product is finished according to exacting requirements. Lead for Safety: You will promote a culture of safety by making sure that all paint shop production activities adhere to internal safety procedures and industry laws. Manage Resources: In order to reach daily and weekly production goals, you will supervise production schedules, keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs), and work with a group of operators and technicians.
