Banking Telecaller Customer Support Executive in Chennai Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Job Role: As a Banking Telecaller, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with banking services, promote financial products, and resolve queries related to loans, credit cards, savings accounts, etc. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about banking products and services. Handle inbound customer queries regarding accounts, loans, credit cards, etc. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader. Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines for proper customer interaction. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments. Build long-term customer relationships through effective communication. Qualifications Required: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate (B.
