Urgent Requirement: Production Supervisor – Freshers & Experienced Job Description: We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of our production team. The ideal candidate will ensure that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for monitoring machine performance and production processes, implementing improvements where necessary, and guiding the team to achieve operational excellence. This role involves training, supervising, and evaluating staff, maintaining production documentation, and collaborating with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and defects. The Production Supervisor will also enforce safety protocols, resolve operational issues, and report major concerns to management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and team management skills, a good understanding of manufacturing operations, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail, quality focus, and effective communication are essential. A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering is preferred, along with prior experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or other process improvement techniques is an added advantage.
