The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, and assisting customers in understanding product usage. This role involves setting up demo units, performing routine checks, and ensuring that products are fully functional before demonstrations. The Charge and Demo Executive will coordinate with the sales team, respond to customer inquiries, and support marketing campaigns by providing hands-on demonstrations. Good communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and basic technical knowledge of the product are essential. Roles and Responsibilities: Set up and manage product demonstration units, ensuring they are fully operational before presentations. Conduct live demonstrations of products, explaining features, usage, and benefits to customers effectively. Assist customers with hands-on experience, addressing queries and helping them understand product functionality. Perform routine checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure demo equipment is in perfect condition. Support the sales and marketing teams during campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
