Join Our Manufacturing Team as a CNC Operator Job Description : We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision components according to specifications. This role requires adherence to standard operating procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient working environment. Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Rotational Experience : 0 to 3 Years Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or other) safely and efficiently. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders. Set up tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations. Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality of output. Measure and inspect finished parts using gauges, micrometers, and other precision instruments. Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain tolerances. Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines. Report any malfunctions, defects, or quality issues to the supervisor. Maintain production records and documentation accurately. Follow 5S and safety standards to keep the workplace clean and organized. Qualifications: 10th / 12th Pass, ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering (CNC preferred). Prior experience as a CNC Operator or in a machine shop environment preferred (freshers with CNC training also considered).
